Foundered in 2012 by Justin Pinington the current managing director. Justin qualified in project management though WITS University in 2008, and has since been involved in a number of high end projects, including the 2010 Football world cup. GWC is based in Howick in the heart of the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands, Over the years GWC Group  has been involved in many small developing projects in both the high end residential and commercial space. In 2015 GWC was contract to help develop The St Johns Lifestyle centre and Housing development, which served as a springboard for GWC in to the Housing development market. This jump helped us with the realization that there is a requirement for singular construction solution, that incorporated project management, quantity surveying, site management as well as a trusted team of contractor and tradesman that put quality first. GWC has a team of 40 individuals all with their own set of skills and qualifications, in addition GWC is registered National Home Building Regulatory Counsel (NHBRC). In addition GWC has a property management division, currently providing a selection of residential complexes with maintenance and managing agent services. Need to know me then contact us today!
